Here is what I wrote to Chris recently about his work:
"As far as your work goes, I meant it when I said I think you are a great translator. I don't speak or read Tibetan, but I do translations from Italian to English and so I know it is a big work. The thing I like about your work is your knack for putting it into really fluent English. Really rare in my opinion and I have heard and read a lot of stuff in the last 35 years or so. This is not meant as a criticism of any other translator. It is simply my opinion about your work."
