Life hurts. The
young, the old, everyone suffers. Sometimes we find relief, but sometimes we
don’t. When that happens is there any
hope? One man’s quest to answer this question led him to study and practice
with the great meditation masters of the east. After 30 years he has now
written a concise and practical guide using meditation and mindfulness for
managing pain and suffering. The good
news is that “It Doesn’t Have To Hurt So Much.”
Where can I find this book? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteWhere do you live?
ReplyDeleteHello Michael. We live in Washington state - USA. Although we are on the road for another month - I have a friend I'd love to give this to. Thanks for the response. (And the book - it came onto my feed -recommended by a friend - Chuck Pettis).
DeleteHi moki,
ReplyDeleteThe book is actually an ebook. This is because it is more ecological and cheaper. You can buy online from major ebook sellers, although there appears to be some problem for some people with Amazon US, depending on where they order from. There does not appear to be any problem with Amazon UK or Amazon Italia. There is also an Italian company:

You can download the file (the ebook) and email it to your friend. If your friend doesn't have an ebook reader, you can get one free at: http://fbreader.org/ or at http://calibre-ebook.com/
Hope this helps. If for some reason you have any problems let me know and we will find a solution.
Happy reading.
Michael
Thank you so much - I'll try to figure it out.
